1. What Are Cookies

Browser restrictions or clearing cookies may shorten these periods. Cookie lifetime is separate from how long analytics reports retain information. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our integration. Fonts are self-hosted, and the site does not include advertising pixels or social-media embeds.
3. Desktop Application
Website analytics and desktop telemetry are separate. Your website cookie choice does not change the desktop app's telemetry setting. See the Privacy Policy for details about desktop data and account-linked analytics. Steam sign-in and other external services have their own cookie practices.
4. Local Storage
We store your accepted or rejected analytics choice under mentoroid.analytics-consent.v1 in your browser's local storage. This preference is needed to remember your choice; it is not sent to Google as an analytics event. It remains until you change it, clear your browser storage or the browser removes it. If storage is unavailable, the choice applies to the current visit only.
5. Your Analytics Choice
You can accept or reject analytics in the preferences panel. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the website, guide links or downloads.
- Accepting allows the Google Analytics tag to load and collect page views and selected interactions.
- Rejecting stops analytics collection through our integration and clears its analytics cookies where accessible to this website.
- Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete information already collected. Contact us about a data request under our Privacy Policy.
6. Managing Cookies
You can also clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Clearing the stored preference may cause the site to ask for your choice again. If our use of cookies changes, we will update this page and request consent where required.
