1. Provider list
Follow a provider's name for its privacy notice or website. The information shared depends on the features you use.
Google Analytics
- Purpose
- Website traffic and selected interaction measurement after you accept analytics.
- Information processed
- Page paths, referral/campaign information, browser/device information, cookie identifiers and events such as download clicks. No Steam IDs, email addresses or account credentials are sent by this integration.
- Location information
- Google operates internationally and may process analytics data outside Singapore, including in the United States. See its privacy policy for processing and transfer information.
Google Cloud / Firebase
- Purpose
- Cloud hosting, data storage, authentication and content delivery.
- Information processed
- Account information, match data, beta uploads, logs and service requests.
- Location information
- Our primary backend is configured for Singapore. Other services and processing locations depend on the product and configuration.
Anthropic (Claude)
- Purpose
- AI-generated player profiles, performance analysis, coaching and goal recommendations.
- Information processed
- Match statistics, hero and role information, performance metrics and coaching context.
- Location information
- US-based provider. Processing may take place outside Singapore; provider location is not a guarantee of where every request is processed.
PostHog
- Purpose
- Optional product analytics when you opt in to telemetry.
- Information processed
- Usage events, device and performance information. In the current app, events can be linked to your Steam ID after sign-in.
- Location information
- Processing location depends on the analytics service configuration. Contact us for the location applicable to your data.
Valve / Steam
- Purpose
- Steam sign-in, match history and replay retrieval.
- Information processed
- Steam ID, match identifiers and related requests. Steam handles your Steam password directly.
- Location information
- US-based provider; Steam operates internationally under its own privacy policy.
OpenDota
- Purpose
- Supplementary match information and replay retrieval.
- Information processed
- Match identifiers and related requests.
- Location information
- Provider-operated infrastructure. Contact us for current processing-location information.
Dotabuff
- Purpose
- Public game information, such as hero matchups and pick rates.
- Information processed
- Requests for public game data. This does not require your linked Steam account.
- Location information
- Provider-operated infrastructure. Contact us for current processing-location information.
2. Our private crash-reporting system
Mentoroid operates its own crash-reporting system on cloud infrastructure supplied by the hosting provider listed above. It is not a separate third-party crash-reporting recipient.
Crash reports and diagnostic logs may contain error details, device and application information, game context and service identifiers. We use this information to investigate failures and improve reliability.
3. Processing locations and data requests
A provider's headquarters does not necessarily determine where it processes data. Locations can depend on the service, selected region and infrastructure used. We have distinguished known configuration from locations that require confirmation.
